Professional job at a good cost. 8/24/2015

I saw an advertisement in the paper for Energy Savers of Columbus. I needed a new AC unit, and all I had to do was call and setup an appointment. Someone came out with the new unit, and to strip my old furnace. The technician arrived on time, and worked efficiently. He removed the old furnace, installed the AC unit, and had it working in great time. Everything was done professionally. I have had no issues with the unit since the installation. more

Very Satisfied. 8/19/2015

I had a great experience with Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia. We purchased an HVAC unit from them in the past. The unit was making a lot of noise and stopped working. It was one of those days where it was about a hundred degrees outside. I called their shop and they quickly sent a technician. He was friendly, immediately diagnosed the problem, discussed the possible solutions, and then fixed it. He knew what he was talking about and I was glad to have it fixed. I would recommend their service. more

Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia was recommended to me by a neighbor who used to work for them. I called them to replace the air conditioning unit. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the different price I received from what I was quoted in the beginning. So, they charged me what they had quoted me. The replacement of the unit went fine; i'm satisfied with the work. more

Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia was very professional. When they made a mistake, they took care of it and made it right. When we had questions or concerns, they made sure those issues were addressed. They suggested improvements to help preserve the quality and integrity of the house, so we don't have problems at a later date. more

We have three AC units, and one of them wasn't cooling because it needed coolant. Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia fixed that, and I asked the service person to check some other things. He did, and made some recommendations. He stayed a long time and made sure I was satisfied. He did a great job! more

Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia did such a good job! They installed a heating and AC unit with a digital thermostat, and added extra insulation in the ceiling. They were very professional, did excellent work, and were reasonable when it comes to the price. The thermostat stays right on target. We haven't had any problems with them. more

Very pleased. 6/10/2015

Energy Savers of Columbus responded after I had to call them about an issue with my AC. We had some previous issues with another company over some duct work beneath the house. Energy Savers came and did some tests, and thoroughly checked the air and filters. They discovered that about 60% of the air was escaping under the house. They tried their best to make it right, and now about 13% percent of the air goes under the house. We had to have all the work redone, but it was for a very good price. I am very pleased, and I continue to use them. more

I have been using Energy Savers for a few years. They have serviced air conditioners for my business and at home. When my dads A/C my brother and I got a new system for him that lasted 18 years, and when we needed a new one, we went back to Energy Savers. I always have a great experience! I have known Jimmy and Bill over the years; nowadays it is hard to find good people and I just loved the experience I have had with them. I like their work! more

I had a good experience with Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia. They were easy to communicate with and kept us up to speed with what was going on. They helped us pick out the right HVAC unit, which works perfectly. I use the air conditioning all year long, because I like to keep the house nice and cool when we sleep. There was a slight wait on the installation because it was the dead of summer, but they were able to make quick fix for us until our unit could be replaced. I would recommend them. more

Sweet, Polite and Professional Service. 4/3/2015

We have had a wonderful experience working with Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia. There has never been a time that couldn't accommodate us. They arrive when they say they will, and do what they say they're going to do. We purchased a new HVAC unit a couple of years ago. It was a little expensive because it was top of the line, but it ended up reducing our monthly bill from $450 to $200 a month. I would recommend their service. more

Courteous and helpful 3/10/2015

Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia was great. They came within an hour after we called them on a Sunday. Our air-conditioner had a small broken piece in it that was affecting the way it worked, and it happened to be on a very hot day. I use them for maintenance check-ups. They are always very courteous, and they answer all of our questions. I cannot say enough good things about them. more

A wonderful experience 2/23/2015

I had a wonderful experience with Energy Savers of Columbus Georgia. My air-conditioner had stopped working, and we were experiencing a heat wave. I have emphysema, and I have trouble tolerating the heat. As soon as I called them, a gentleman named Keith came over the next day to determine if it could be repaired, or if a new air-conditioner system needed to be installed. Within a week, they were able to get rid of the old air-conditioner system, and installed a new air-conditioner system. They were very accommodating of my situation and health issues. The new air-conditioner works great. I have an old heater, and if that goes out, they will be the first company I call. more

Great experience 2/4/2015

A big problem was discovered by the technician who inspected my heating/cooling system.... and it Wasn't the fault of your company. It was the fault of a roofing company! The greatest thing? Your technician not only discovered, took pictures of the problem and sent them to my daughter and me via cellphone.... He called his supervisor to ask permission to correct the problem - the answer was Yes --- Problem Solved !!!!! (roofing company already contacted about this...!) Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, etc., etc., I cannot say enough GOOD things about the experience! Kudos!!! more
