Not a great experience 1/17/2012

Perhaps I went to a different salon then all of these individuals who speak so highly of the one place they have reviewed. While the girl at the front desk was nice and friendly the experience was horrible, I felt like I was rushed through and my requests seemed to be ignored. Maybe it was a bad day for the stylist -- I'll leave her name out of it as that may just be what it was. more

After reading all of the reviews I was excited. I have a salon I use in town and I love it but all the reviews made it look like Emilee's going to be the best -- instead I felt as if they were trying to rush me out of the door. :( more

Love Love Love Emilee's 1/20/2011

I LOVE EMILEE'S. I only found out about Emilee's back in September when I met Emilee at my resteraunt. Since then, I am always finding so reason to go. \r The girls make me feel amazing. I can actually call them friends. Kate cuts and colors my hair and does it perfect everytime... I just wish I could replicate her work. Recently Lori has been doing my waxing and she's wonderful as well, very timely and very personable. I receive a facial by Leisa once a month and everytime is Heaven. I believe these young women are making quite the impression on the business world. The pricing is very reasonable too. I am part of their emailing list and they display coupons on their website so I always feel as if Im getting a deal. Go visit Emilee's...you won't regret it! more

Overall a disappointing experience. 1/17/2011

I bought an hour European facial for my fiancee (who is European), half of it using a certificate I purchased from Groupon and the rest in cash. It supposedly included a ""deep tissue"" massage. It really included: A hot towel, some cream smeared partially on the face, and a few minutes of light massage. They offered to not charge my fiancee, but we insisted on paying. We have lived all over the United States and throughout other countries, this was one of the worst wastes of money we've had when dealing with Salons. Looking at other reviews, maybe it was an off day? Who knows -- but I would be hesitant to ever recommend this, and I certainly won't purchase this again. more

Many reasons to go to Emilee's...\r \r - reasonable pricing\r -highly talented, knowledgable & friendly staff\r -very clean and modern facility\r -convient location\r \r As a man, I dont require much when it comes to my hair but this salon always does a great job. Go see for yourself. 5 stars to Emilee's. more

Not so happy 10/24/2010

Followed a stylist to Emilee's. While the lighting is spectacular, the staff was cold and curt. And for the first time ever, my color was a complete bust. Washed out in a couple of days. Emilee's just shrugged it off and made no attempts to make up for it. Fortunately, my stylist moved on to a new salon and I couldn't be happier with their customer service and my hair color. more

LOVE EMILEE'S SALON - AWESOME PLACE!!! 10/18/2010

Emilee's Salon rocks!! Emillee, the owner, is always friendly and provides excellent customer service! I feel welcome every time I am in the salon! Kate cuts and colors my hair and she is the bomb! I have been thrilled with every cut and color EVERY time! I love it there so much that I have recommended the salon to everyone I know. My son and husband will go no where else now! The salon itself is very contemporary - love the look and feel. I highly recommend this salon to anyone - the staff is very friendly and extremely competent. Check out the other Google reviews - 5 stars consistently. more

Ruined my hair 3/24/2010

I have never had my hair break off like it did when they highlighted it, I went back for them to fix it and they charged me for that! It's never been frizzy until now. I tried to message the owner Emilee about me being dissatisfied and she never replied! They just basically took my money and didn't care i wasn't happy with the end result! more
