It is not wonderful. It's expensive, so you'd think it would be great. It's not. Their charging all this money but not putting money back into it to make it a good facility. They need more staff. I was there tonight from 6-7:45 and there was no staff at the front desk. There was a sign stating the name of the mrg. in charge. (come to find out it, was not that person). They need to have relief staff. My mom's room wasn't cleaned last week. I've had to talk with them about many things. I told them what assistance my mom needed, they charged me extra for it, then didn't do it.
