I was in on Saturday with horrible tooth pain. I was given an appointment within two hours of my call. It was a life saver. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thanks to Dr. Key. She are the rest of the staff were excellent. more

I found these guys 2/13/2014

I found these guys online and was a bit of a skeptic due to the fact that it seemed primarily for "Emergencies" so I felt like I would be flopped down, given minimal comfort/care and be rushed out with a bill that would be twice as much as a normal dentist (which I wouldn't have minded because I was in severe pain and it was a Saturday so I needed help A.S.A.P.), but the office is lovely, GREAT customer service, and the doctor was the coolest, and my bill wasn't ridiculous! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I was in no pain at all during the root canal. These guys are now my favorite and I would come back for just about anything even if it was just a cleaning! more

Both the dentist and person assisting were really thorough about explaining options and procedures. it was very helpful and appreciated. They Also worked me into what looked like a busy morning after an apparent miscue with the online appointment system. I wasn't on their books despite having received an email confirmation, yet they took great care of me. And, prior to going, I hadn't been to a dentist in quite some time and have plenty of issues. There was no preaching or chastising on that. Instead I was made to feel welcome and well cared for. Great business! more

Made me feel at ease 12/26/2013

Everyone made me feel very at ease from when I was greeted to when I walked out of the door. I know that I was jabbering on non-stop due to my anxiety but I was listened to and everyone helping me seem to listen to my prattle. The appointment went much easier than I predicted and I was extremely relieved that I kept all my teeth and only went home with a pop in bite guard. So may I say a HUGE thank you to Kayla and forgive me Roxanne? and front desk Heather (sorry if I am wrong) Dr . M was very pleasant and very comforting. thank you to all of you!!!!! more

On time 12/17/2013

On time, professionally done, my time in the chair was quick, but I felt that the DDS & assistant moved right along. Must have been a hard to do root canal! So far the results are great -- no more pain or infection. more
