Both the dentist and person assisting were really thorough about explaining options and procedures. it was very helpful and appreciated. They Also worked me into what looked like a busy morning after an apparent miscue with the online appointment system. I wasn't on their books despite having received an email confirmation, yet they took great care of me. And, prior to going, I hadn't been to a dentist in quite some time and have plenty of issues. There was no preaching or chastising on that. Instead I was made to feel welcome and well cared for. Great business!\r
