Never go here ever if you are looking for respectful employees, timely service, and courteous employees. This place basically ruined my nieces 2nd birthday party. The party room (3) that we were placed in was hot we were sweating in Dec. in the room with all of 5 people there at the time. We had 3 tables in the room and requested 1 more for a place to put the cake and gifts, they wanted to charge $150 for the extra room for the 3 hour bday party- they would not provide the table only. Then we only got the hostess for 2 hours since she is not included with the package and they charge for her by the hour. The ""hostess"" was a quiet girl wearing a cap and moving at a turtles pace. I had to help her get food and drinks out after we got them 2 hours into the birthday party. When we tried to address items with management we were ignored, literally the manager was standing 2 feet from us and we asked to speak to her she looked at the other lady and walked off and all of a sudden she was busy. The amount of the party was almost $500.00 for abuse from their employees. Even to the extent of being threatened by 2 employees to fight with my sisters BIL who told the guys to stop verbally attacking my sister. It doesn't matter how nice they may be to a normal everyday visitor if they ruin important occasions like this. If i can reach enough people and save them this experience I would be SO happy. more

HORRIBLE!!! My family and I attended a birthday party there over the weekend, the staff at the front desk and cafe were rude. Employees working at the cafe didn't wear hairnets or wash their hands when handling food. Especially after handling money or trash. The employees at the front desk asked to go through our bags and took all perishable items out, but didn't do this with everyone coming in/out if you have rules this should be followed consistently not just one person from the whole party. I'm assuming these were the managers or owners since we noticed them yelling at an employee for not managing their area, we left after this incident. My family will not be going back to this place. I recommend some customer service skills and training on how to handle food properly. more

Will not let you bring healthy or vegitrarien diet foods in. Absolutely no healthy food options, only corn dogs and other fried junk food. None of the arcades work, bowling is closed batting cages are closed. Rude front desk lady that cannot answer questions. I will never go back! Very dissapointing. more
