I would not use this company again. Vance was late picking up and did not provide good information when I was able to get him on the phone. He left my horse in a barn in California for several days and did not keep me updated as to what was going on. I had to call him constantly to find out. He planned his route poorly and did not keep up with weather information (dangerous in December on the high plains).
Finally, though my horse arrived ok, I sent with her a bag of supplements that were not inexpensive, feedpans, two bales of hay, and a blanket. He left her with someone else's supplements, no hay, and no feedpans. He did not respond to my inquiries.
