Good but Expensive 10/10/2005

Emerald City Smoothie has a vast selection of smoothies and nutritional supplements. Just about any additive is available from energy to protein to herbal health. Customer service is friendly and prompt. Pricing is high on these drinks but not more than at other locations. Ask for the stamp card to get your 11th drink free. more

Good smoothies, poor service 9/20/2005

The smoothies here are very good. I was not impressed with the service. When I tried to use a coupon for a free beverage (with no expiration date printed on it) I was told curtly, "We don't accept those any more." I would expect a business to honor their coupons or at least apologize and offer to give some money off. more
