I would not recommend this apartment community to my worst enemy! \r
-The management is Horrible and prejudice. \r
-Kim Jagneaux the new Property Manager, is rude (like the rest of her crew). \r
-Management could care less about there tenants. They Show No Respect!\r
-Management acts as though they are doing you a favor, when apartment renters are the ONLY reason that apartment community is in business. \r
-At anytime they feel like it, management goes in and out of tenants apartments.\r
-Management calls the police for any little thing on tenants weekly. You dont even have to do anything. \r
-The Embers Apartments has TONS of false advertisement. There is NO Fitness Center, Microwave, Pest Control, Volleyball courts, playgrounds, clubhouse, onsite laundry (none of the machines work, they only take your money with no refund!), onsite maintenance (they dont even cut the grass, so they sure wont be worried or in a rush to help tenants, Cable-ready (the outlets are so old they do not work properly and its more money out of your pocket to fix it)\r
-The Embers Apartments may look nice from the parking lot, but inside they have cheap project tile that cracks, lots of leakage, horrible mold and mildew around the tub areas and cracks and crevasses of the apartment rooms, bad rodent problem with no pest control, no washer and dryer hookups, instead a cheap fireplace where squirrels are likely to come in through. Basically, once you are in, everything falls apart and management are NOT willing to fix anything. If they do agree to fix anything, your wait time is 5+ months away!\r
-Management does not care about tenants safety. They have no lighting around the apartment complex during the late evenings to night for those commuting back and forth during those hours.\r
-The apartments are too expensive to be so cheaply remodeled. Its a waste of money. Tenants have no privacy and that community does not offer a feeling of HOME for anyone looking for a nice place to live.
Pros: None!
Cons: Everything!
