I have to disagree with previous resident. I live at The Embers Apartments and I am very happy here. The police are called for any reason that the management feels necessary. This insures a safe place for the residents to live without having to worry about trouble coming from the neighbors apartments. The lighting has been fixed and pest control has come to my apartment once a month for the year that I have lived here. I have never had any insect problems! I find that the management team is very helpful and friendly. They are trying to run a safe place for more than 200 people to live and for the better part of a year they were short staffed. The fitness center is now open and all machines in the laundry facilities are now working. I was never told that there was a volleyball court. I am very pleased with the little extras that this complex has. The on site courtesy officers, 2 laundry rooms, 2 pools, and 24 hour maintenance for emergencies. What else do you expect for the amount of rent that we pay here? It is a very reasonable rate and I have checked other places that are not as safe and do not offer the extras we have here that are more expensive. I would recommend these apartments to everyone. I think that the previous tenants may have had some problems that were not the apartment complex's fault and if management was calling the police to their apartment for every little thing maybe they should have cleaned up their act.
