I had no idea the stress I was putting on myself for us to go to this dentist office. My husband had to get teeth removed, gum disease treatment, and dentures. \r
Your can tell the dentist is new to the profession. He's very unsure of everything he does and depends on the assistant 100%/\r
The gum disease treatment was barely covered by the insurance because apparently the antibiotic that they HAVE to use isn't covered AT ALL by the insurance, so that cost me over 500 hundred.\r
The dentures took FOREVER to get because we had to keeo going back to get more impressions because the dentist wasnt getting good ones.\r
Now that all that work was done about 5 months ago, and the insurance has paid everything their supposed to, I should expect my refund...right? NOT! I shouldve been worried when they made me pay up front for EVERYTHING, including what the insurance would pay. Now they have a different excuse everytime I call about why I can;t get my refund. First they said they undercharged the insurance and was kind of hinting that I was gonna have to pay the difference and I wouldn't get my refund (which should be over 1200 dollars, so thats a lot of money we're talking about), then they say the insurance didn't pay yet, etc., etc. So, I called the insurance and they said they WERE NOT undercharged and they had paid the dentist office a long time ago, so the insurance faxed them all the paperwork showing what they had paid and when they had paid it, and now I can't get a hold of the office manager...This is VERY frustrating, especially considering the fact that we are in GREAT need of that refund. I would not recommend the dentist office to anyone, unless I have a huge grudge against them. :-)
Pros: ....
Cons: young new dentist, not good work, cant get refund
