Elliott's Natural Foods

I shopped at Elliots for many years right up until I moved away from Sacramento for five years (a bad choice by the way) now I am back home for good and still shop at this great store. I have a daughter with many health issues that seemingly, Doctors don't have a clue how to treat. She and my son-in-law relocated back to Sacramento and wasn't getting much help at all my the Medical field. I sent them out to Elliotts. They were amazed how well they were treated. The girl there asked them questions about themselves and took great interest in their answers. She even sat down at the computer and researched what each thing mentioned by them and how it would benefit or not benefit them. more

Elliotts Natural Foods on El Camino has been more than helpful to me with a knowledgeable and nice staff. I have gone in multiple times looking for a product or trying to find out more about it. The staff has helped me find products and other vitamin supplements that work well together. Furthermore they have great sales and an awesome vegetarian makeup section!\r \r Also if you are looking for some cool natural or nontraditional foods, then check them out. I have found awesome food there. Rumor has it a bakery is even going in :)\r \r I hope this helps you all! I would recommend this to everyone!!! more

I was astonished with the vast selection of vitamins and health and beauty items. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find well priced products. I only needed vitamins but I found myself looking around the entire store. It has an old-timey feel but it's full of new, fun, healthy alternatives. \r \r Plus if you add them to your facebook page then you get updates about their sales. Sale days at Elliott's is awesome and soooo worth it. more

This store has a wonderful selection, but I probably won't go back due to the extremely poor customer service. It's a shame because I remember the days (many years ago) when the staff was eager to help, but, sad to say, quite the opposite is true now. We went into the El Camino store twenty five minutes before closing today and were greeted by a staff of about six, standing around chatting, with no one acknowledging our presence in the store. I asked a question about a specific product, and one of the staff reluctantly guided me to the right area, after first telling me the item in question wasn't in the store. Incredibly, when we were browsing in the essential oils area, one of the employees turned off half of the store lights and loudly announced "ten minutes till closing!" My friend protested that we couldn't see what we were trying to buy, and the lights were turned back on after about a minute. Eliots Natural Foods is a small grocery store with a vast selection of vitamins, many specialty health-food items, and a clean, spacious feeling. For example, when we were looking for a hard-to-find item, a natural nasal spray called X-clear, we found it here and nowhere else we looked. The prices are high, and if you are looking for more run-of-the-mill health foods in Sacramento, we would suggest checking Trader Joes or Whole Foods Market first. Eliots has a lot of personality and plenty of free parking. more

this store offers a wide selection of vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements. they also offer natural health care products such as soap and shampoo. they also sell food products and have some bulk foods available. its pricey, but a good store with nice clerks. more
