Elliott Tire has a bunch of different shops and I have been to two of them. I have never been disappointed with their service and will continue to use them in the future. more

I've been taking my vehicles to Elliott Tire in Ballard for 7 years and have not be disappointed. Even when the local Mitsubishi dealer left, Ben and his staff kept after other dealers to get the parts for my Montero. When my Montero was totaled on Mother's Day this year, Ben offered me one of their loaner cars even though they weren't currently working on my car and because of the meticulous records they keep, and their knowledge, my insurance company settled for far above Blue Book. I recommend Elliott Tire in Ballard to all my friends, no matter the type of vehicle. more

Amazing story...I was driving on 520 bridge and a man in car next to me rolls down his window and points to my tire. I pulled off at the next exit and confirmed that my tire was about half inflated. I went to Les Schwabb and they had a 2 hour wait to look at the tire. So, I drove down the street to Elliott. They took me right away and out walked the mechanic, the same guy from the 520 bridge who pointed out my flat. They looked at my tire and confirmed that there was no puncture, and filled up my tires for free! Great group of people. more

When I had a flat recently, my car was towed here. I have run flat tires and was petrified of the cost of a new one, since they are more pricey than regular ones. They called me when the car arrived, and I requested that they attempt to patch it up, if at all possible. About an hour later, I get a call back saying that it can be fixed with a patch, no problem. I appreciate them not trying to up sell me on a new tire, and when I went in to pick up my car, they informed me that I would need new tires soon, but did not scare me by pressuring me into purchasing them at that moment. I appreciate their honest customer service and good communication, and the fact that I was out of there for $25! more

I came here because my tires were practically bald and I was afraid with winter coming that they would not hold up. I put off coming because I thought getting new tires was going to be too expensive. That was not the case at all. I should have come sooner! This place was great and the guys were so helpful. It was not expensive and my car is SO much safer now. Thanks! more

Really great service at Elliott's. I come here about every 6 months to review the tire situation and do a little check up on the overall maintenance of my vehicle. They guys are nice and friendly and I'm happy with their service. more

I myself have been a customer with most of the Elliott Tire & Service Centers and I must say I have ALWAYS been completely satisfied! Some customers are to arrogant to actually take the time to understand why their car is in need of repair. The staff at Elliott have always taken the time to actually show me and confirm what is wrong with my car. I have had doubts at a time or two so therefor I have had a second opinion done as well. Thus showing me that they were not lying to me and actually quite knowledgeable in their repairs. I have worked with Ben on my vehicles now for approximately 7 years and have never had a problem with the cost or the repairs. Thus I have also shopped other repair facilities and found that they were real close in price of the repairs. If your not willing to understand why the car needs to be fixed then you will not understand why the are being recommended to you. I have some knowledge of vehicle repairs and have more knowledge now by working with Ben and his staff at Elliott Tire in Ballard. So my hats off to you Ben thank you for ALL of your help in allowing me to be more knowledgeable about vehicle repair in general. As well as maintaining my vehicle and keeping it maintained so that there are no big surprises when my vehicles do need repair. more

I got the most amazing service when I came in to Elliott Tire. I was so bummed out that on my way to work I got a flat tire so I called my insurance and had them get a tow truck so they can take it to a shop and replace my tire. I got on my phone and searched the nearest tire shop and Elliott Tire popped out and I decided to come here and I'm glad I did I was so grouchy and mad and aside from me being rude to them they still gave me great service and smiled all the way and tried to make me feel better. Thank you a lot I really appreciated all your hard work even though I was super mad & in a bad mood :). Thanks a lot Elliott Tire! more

I had a tire losing pressure,I thought I had run over something recently which may have caused this yet couldn't find what it was. With my fiance's help, we went to Elliott's Tire on 15th ,for a looksee.They were Great .Helped us out,his staff did find a nail,and patched it up,no charge!!!I Had purchased these tires there 4 yrs ago & Elliott's still took care of the problem in a timely manner.""Let me have the key and a little time"" Thanks everyone at Elliott's Tire!! I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and I kept ignoring it because I kind of hated my car. Anyway, after a time-wasting trip to Pep-Boys where the guy seemed pretty clueless, I decided to try Elliott Tires and it was way cheaper and faster. more

This place is pretty amazing. I rolled over a bolt coming home one day, didn't realize it, and parked. Next morning when I am getting ready to run some errands, I realize my front tire is totally deflated. So sad. I called my brother, he comes over to help me put the spare on. I think I am going to need to go to the Toyota dealership and pay 100 bucks for a new tire when he tells me, ""No, fool, lets just go to the tire shop, they can patch it for cheap!"" more

Great prices on tires. Got tires and oil change there for parents toyota and it was cheaper then the other place that ""Just"" sell tires. Thing is too that the tires were a better brand. Also told me that the rear shocks were leaking. But instead of trying to sell me new shocks, they told me they might still be on warranty from Toyota. Goes to show how honest they are. more

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to get a shaking issue checked out. I called Elliotts, and they said to come on by and that he'd look at it right away. After he test drove it and checked out the rotors, he went over my options with me, and he didn't make a hard sale AT ALL for me to get anything done. more
