I wanted to sincerely thank you for your outstanding service. I was driving home from work and my car stopped working in the left turning lane near your shop, on a very hot day. With other cars and drivers honking and shouting at me to put my hazard lights on, which were not working due to a dead battery. Flustered, I ran across traffic to your shop and saw the manager and Daniel, and I told them about my predicament. My car was completely locked up (would not come out of park). They realized because of the position of my car that it would not be possible to push my car to the shops lot. The manager and Daniel quickly took matters into their own hands. The manager called a tow truck, asking him to get there ASAP, and Daniel went to my car (in heavy traffic) and put some orange cones behind my car, popped the front hood, and was able to get my car into neutral. The tow truck arrived in about 10 minutes from the call and the driver loaded my car in about 5 minutes! My car was in the shop in no time, they replaced my car's alternator, air filter, fuel filter, and did an oil change. Their customer service was excellent, their attitude towards me were awesome. I was literally shaking when I ran into their shop, and they assured me I was in good hands and they would be able to help. From now on, I will always go to Elliott Tire and Service for all my car's needs. I really appreciate them and have already recommended them to co-workers, friends and family!\r
