Elk Grove Brewery and Resturant 4/14/2006

If you ever get the chance and are in Sacramento, take a detour down to Elk Grove. The Elk Grove Brewery and Restaurant is an absolute must for beer and food lovers alike. All the beers on the tap are a must and you can’t leave without trying my favorite the Otis Alt. On the weekends it can get pretty busy and if you’re lucky enough to sit at the bar the bartenders are friendly as well. The Brewery also plays live music on the weekend and I would recommend everyone try the wings and the burgers. The portions are just right and prices can range from $7 to$25. If you’re looking to have a fun night on the town this is the place to check out. more

My husband and I have been to Elk Grove brewery twice since we moved to Elk Grove. The food and the service was great but I felt that it was a little overpriced for what you great (sandwhiches, burgers, etc). I don't drink beer, but my husband was pleased with their selection. more

Change of pace in Elk Grove 8/22/2005

This restaurant offers average food, good beer, but a great place to escape the chain restaurants scattered around Elk Grove. The beer is pretty good, and the appetizers, especially the fried pickles are a must. The entrées themselves are just okay, and a bit overpriced for pretty standard fare. A bit of a wait for a table at times, but easily spent in the bar. more

Fun Place to Unwind 8/5/2005

I always liked to come over to Elk Grove Brewery on Friday nights to unwind. The food is good, nothing really fancy though. The beers are great, and judging by the number of awards that they have garnered, awards judges agree too. They also have different bands playing on friday and saturday nights and there are no cover charges. I heard that they started doing auctions on tuesday nights which sounds like fun. more
