I have ordered from Elite Treats for many years and I've never been disappointed. The owner never presents his business as other than what it is. He is very good. He uses quality products resulting is great tasting cakes and his decorating is great. He does not advertise himself as a magician and does not guarantee anything fantastical. He tries to accomodate his customers. Pros: Personal Service more

The only bakery we use for birthdays, showers, and parties. The white cake with bavarian creme and strawberries is perfection!!!!! Pros: They have matched any theme I have ever presented them with. Great taste!!! more

We haven't had the bad experience goofball had. We usually get our birthday cakes there and especially like their strawberry and white chocolate cakes. Usually they place a signed birthday placard of white chocolate on the top upon request. I think their cakes taste wonderful. I can't imagine what happened to give them such a bad experience. They are a tad pricey. more

This was the worst experience I have ever had with ordering a cake. The customer service and management is aweful. The presentation of the cake was hidious and looked liked it was done by a child. I was told that I could give them any picture of a cake and that they would be able to make it. When I picked the cake up it looked nothing like what I asked them to make. I also had a top layer that was supposed to be made of cake and they just put a paper plate on top with icing on it. This cake was for a baby shower, so you can imagine the embarrasment of presented this to a room of women. Also, when the cake was picked up they did not have a top box to cover it with, which I think is very unsanitary. I was just very unpleased with my whole experience and do not plan on returning.
