Please don't use this service. They are late, unhelpful, and rude. They gave me a time they would arrive and were over an hour late. Zero stars if I could. more

WORST TOW COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT USE i had to waid 4 hrs for them to get to me i keep calling and they have the WORST costumer service they only put you on hold forever i had to call my cousing to pick me up and they still never show up more

Promised to pick me up within one hour. Called back 6 hours later to be told ""sorry, we forgot about you. Call back tomorrow."" Called back like an idiot and was told you need to wait till we get to you. Called another company and within minuets! They had the car picked up and brought safely to its destination. Elite towing should be out of business. It's criminal what they do to people. more

At least that's what it seems. I got stranded and my insurance company called them. They told the insurance company they'd get me in an hour. They didn't arrive for over 3 hours. When I called them the first time to check up (at the one hour mark), they told me there had been an accident in the area and they had to respond to the police first. When I called them the second time (when they were over an hour LATE, they told me they finished with the accident and were there was one other person in front of me). When they showed up, it was OVER 2 HOURS LATE. I'm in the service industry myself... and when I have a client with a problem and I cannot make it to them in a timely manner, I call a competitor - who I have agreements with - who can fill in for me and take the excess when I get busy. If customers mattered, they should have - they would have - found a way to keep me from waiting a total of 3.25 hours for the tow to show up. If you call for roadside assistance, make sure you DO NOT get them. more

My car broke down on the road, and I didn't have my triple A info with me. I called the local cops, who came over and called this company. When I asked if they could tow it to my local repair shop (about 6 mi away), they said ""we could but it won't be free."" I naively took this to mean that towing to their yard would be free. more

Company does not adhere to local traffic laws. Trucks have been reported on roads that don't allow commercial trucks. Company has been alerted and their answer was if that is the case call the cops. I would never trust this company to my car if they knowingly break the law. more

I USED THIS COMPANY FOR A TOW AND NEVER GOT A RECEIPT. I NEED ONE SO MY INSURANCE COMPANY CAN REIMBURSE ME. I CALLED THEIR NUMBER AND I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO MAIL MY REQUEST IN BUT I WOULD RATHER TALK TO SOMEONE AND HAVE THEM FAX ME A RECIEPT. I NEED A NUMBER TO CALL TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE BECAUSE THIS NIMBER IS SUPPOSEDLY AN ANSWERING SERVICE. more
