Be very careful using these people. We recently hired them to take care of our dogs while on vacation. The second day, she called us to tell us that she had ""lost"" our dogs and expressed to us that she was ""on a very tight schedule and didn't have time to look for them."" We were forced to frantically call neighbors and friends to scour the neighborhood looking for one dog. She had even called our emergency contact numbers (neighbors) and left messages on their answering machines that she ""didn't have time to look for them."" I cannot begin to express the despair, anger and frustration we experienced 5 hours away from home worrying about our baby. I would expect a true professional to finish the house they're at before worrying about the next one they have to go to!!!!!!!!! Cons: very unprofessional, much more expensive than other sitters in the area who are tons better! more
