Elite Nails

I went for the first time last week. They take a bit longer to do gel fills but the quality is far above the other salons. My nails are PERFECT . I wll be returning. I bit higher priced but well worth it. more

I am also a regular customer here at Elite Nails. I do not believe the reviews on here. I've came in for a Gel Polish Change before and they only charged me $15. My daughter came in for a regular polish change, it was only $5 and they also gave her 2 free designs. I believe that the bad reviews on here are not customer complaints. But rather someone holding a grudge against this place. more

I have been a regular here for 5+ years. I do not agree with the reviews about the new owners. Ever since they switch ownership recently, I've noticed the place has changed a lot. The new owners are very nice and friendly along with the new staffs. Their salon now is a very clean environment compared to before. I usually come in for a pedicure and their work is fantastic.They do a very good job taking care of me. I've been getting my nails done for 15+ years and I've been to many nail salons. Yet I have not seen any other salons do as good of a job on pink and white. Overall I disagree with the bad reviews about this place. I would recommend this place to anyone! more

The new owners here are bloodsuckers! I have been coming since the sisters owned it in 2002 and I miss them dearly. The new owners are scammers and very dishonest people! I wouldnt be surprised if this place failed! I cant even understand them when I call in. They over charged for my fill and are always trying to make more money off of me saying I need this and that! To top that off, they have young unlicensed girls helping out servicing paying customers. Horrible, horrible place. Dont waste your time or money! I'm a regular at this salon, and I don't agree with the reviews that rate it as horrible. Notice the one thing they have in common...kids. I've witnessed a lot of unruly kids whose parents don't take responsiblity for them. Of course their kids are always little angels and never do anything wrong. /sarcasm. I've witnessed many a temper tandrum while the parents sit there quietly and when an adult puts them in their place then it's the adults fault for not tolerating the kids behavior. I went with my daughter, who is a very shy, quiet little girl. I had a pedicaure done andhad my daughters nails painted. First off, way over-priced. Second, The two people there were extremely uninterested and rude. They hardly smiled at my daughter, who later told me she thought they were mad at her, let alone gave her my money's worth. They did an extremely sloppy job on her toes for $15! I have since found a great place in Anoka called Hawaii Nails off of Main St that does it for $5!!! My pedicure was not worth $35. Again, sloppy job on my polish and hardly did a full pedicure. I was barked at for not picking my color out ahead of time. oops, maybe you should remind your customers who pay you. Over-all....would never go back and would never recomend it. Try Hawii nails. They have a princess packe for $30 and my daughter got her hair done, manicure, pedicure and a snack! I will never go back!! Although they did do a nice job on my nails, there is one gal there that is extremely rude. She yelled at my 5 year old daughter and told me ""people like you should'nt be allowed to have children"" because I asked her not to speak to my child that way. She said I shouldn't have brought my child to a place like this (apparently unaware that my daughter was there to have her nails painted and was a paying customer) My child did nothing wrong and was not being disruptive, this lady just decided that I wasn't watching my child closely enough and took it upon herself to be my childs parent. My daughter didn't deserve her scorn and I didn't deserve her judgment. If you are looking for a relaxing and pampering environment with good service, I would go somewhere else.
