Elite Florida Homes

First this review was initially posted on Elite Homes facebook page but it was removed. Have used Elite homes twice in the past and had great experiences but the third time will be the last. There were a myriad of problems with the two homes we rented but they were mainly small issues that could have been overlooked if there hadn't been so many of them. There was one major problem though which was the cleanliness of the homes. The floors and area rugs were disgusting. Walking on them in white socks for just a few minutes would turn your socks black. The walls look like they hadn't been painted since the 1940s and the homes were built in 2002. There was dust and cobwebs throughout and the dishes all had to be washed before you used them. The issues we contacted them about included a leaking refrigerator, a broken dvd player, a sink, and a door alarm that wouldn't stop beeping. They resolved the sink and the door alarm after several days. When a second door alarm had the same problem we just fixed it ourselves since we now knew how. One of the pools wasn't heated for 5 days... The list goes on and on. more

We stayed in one of their houses on our last family vacation and had the best time! Great location and great prices! We really didn't want to leave Florida and are currently planning our next trip back and will stay in Elite Homes again. more

Elite Homes and Florida Villas is such a great company! We rented a house from them last summer and the kids and I loved it! We got to go to Disney World and relax by the pool. The house was so clean and spacious! Thank you Elite Homes!! more

We had a wonderful time! I brought my boyfriend and a few of our other friends for a little vacation to enjoy the hot Florida sun. It was just what we needed! Some friends rented a house down there and asked if I wanted to join them. I of course did, who wouldn't. When we got there it was nice and clean and big. It took no time for us to all get situated and we were all in the kitchen and making a huge feast and I was so happy that we could all fit, it was nice that we could spend time together while doing something. I would definitely recommend Elite to friends and family. more

I rented a house for myself and my family and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it looked. We were there for only 1 week, and we wish we could have stayed there longer. It was comfortable for all of us. I have friends that are going to Florida for an extended stay and I am definitely going to recommend Elite Homes and Florida Villas. more

My husband and I had a great time at the Elite Homes in Florida. We couldn't have asked for better service and a cleaner room. We are very glad we chose to stay with Elite homes and can't wait to share the experience with our families and friends. I had a really really positive experience renting a house for 6 people for a week through Elite Homes and Florida Villas! Considering that the group was 6 college students, we thought we might have trouble with a rental company, but the company was great with both price and being helpful about great things to do in lovely Kissimmee! When I think about a fun vacation, I always remember out stay at Elite Homes and Florida Villas. Our house was beautiful and had a great location!
