Bad Experience 12/28/2011

They accepted a down payment of more than $3,000.00 dollars to do some roofing for my mother in February of 2011. After a summer of one lie after another he decided to do the roof but he didn't not honor the contract. He laid shingles over top of shingles and then lied about removing the old ones. I was actually standing on the roof of my mothers house while he told me he removed the shingles. He then tried to con her out of another $3600.00 dollars for the job. Luckily I caught it or my mom would have paid him. It will now cost her even more to have the roof done right. I also have a complaint in to the Attorney General's Senior Citizen Division. We will also take him to court if necessary. I will not stop until this is resolved. more

Abandoned Job 12/6/2011

Elite Builders accepted thousands of dollars to purchase materials for replacing y soffit, fascia, spouting and gutter guards in June 2011. He never showed up to do the work and refuses to respond to email, phone calls and even certified letters. I've filed a complaint with the attorney general and am working on a complaint with the BBB. I'm also checking into legal action. Elite Builders owes me over $4000. more
