Oil Leak Mitsubishi Montero Sport 2/10/2012

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the service I received recently. I had an oil leak (incorrectly) diagnosed by 2 other places and had estimates of $1000 for repairs. Rodney was awesome to take the time twice and look at my truck and then get a Mitsubishi mechanic to correctly diagnose the problem and fix. Repair cost was $330. Thanks Rodney and Elite Napa for saving me money and time and correctly fixing the problem! You guys are awesome! more

I brought my car in because it would not start even after putting a new battery in. As soon as the tow truck pulled up with my car they looked at it right away! Everyone was so professional! They fixed my car so fast! Thanks guys! more

Professional setting and work environment. 10/25/2011

I always enjoy a professional setting and work environment at Elite I get both. They have complimentary beverages a lounge area which is nice and a flat screen t.v that can be tuned in to a channel of your request" its awesome". My vehicle always performs better after I leave and if my vehicle has any other glitches Elite will give me a print out of the malfunctions with a qoute. I am definitley a customer thanks. more

Excellent service at this Napa. I had Bruce help me with my car, he was friendly, accomodating, and went the extra mile for me. I was offered a ride home and was driven by a friendly driver. Price quote was right on and car runs good now! more

Elite Napa Auto Repair always does a good job on my vehicle. I never feel like they're trying to deceive me about price and they double check with you to make sure you're comfortable with every service/cost. I'm very happy with their service. more

i have been bringing my truck in to Napa now for overa year for both routine service and one major repair. everyone has always been very professional and helpful. also very honest and trustworthy, no "hard" sell on adding more work, i always feel i can trust what i am being told. will continue to bring my vehicles in for service and reccommend to all my friends. more
