Fuel Pump Fix 7/20/2011

I am a repeat customer and once again I would like to say thanks to the guys at Elite! My truck had alot going on with the SES codes and they were able to diagnose my problem and get to the root of what was happening. They replaced my fuel pump and the truck is running like a charm. Bruce took the time to thoroughly explain the reapir and made sure I understood completely what they were going to do! Thanks you guys for being so professional! more

Great Service 7/14/2011

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Great service, but my car was in the shop for way too long for diagnosis and alternator replacement. I was only planning to use a rental car for a couple days, but because of the weekend and slower than expected service I ended up keeping it for 6 days. Not a big deal to me but just wanted to let others know that they are obviously busy and may end up keeping your car longer than expected. In total for rental car and alternator replacement I spent about $940! more

Bill's 2002 Tahoe 7/11/2011

What a great day. The Tahoe goes over 200000 miles, Dave does a video and still no major issues. Good service, honest people, quality work. Getting your car fixed by people you find on Craigs list may appear cheaper but it is false economy. Elite has done all the work on my Tahoe and since 2002 and it has been the most cost effictive service I have ever had. more

Working with Matt, I was able to get my wife's car in at the scheduled time and all service was completed as ordered. A professional and friendly atmosphere, I felt like "family". Will be returning to this location for future maintenance issues. more

My experience at Elite was great. I was able to get a same day appointment. I waited while they completed the work on my car, the waiting area was very nice and considering the friendliness of the staff especially Matt I was very comfortable. The work was done well and in a very timely manner. I would highly recomend them to anyone I know without hesitation more

Brake Service Provided by Napa, Tempe AZ 6/21/2011

I just wanted everyone to know how pleased I am with the service I received at Napa Service in Tempe. Not only were the guy's very professional and honest, they were very efficient! I had a serious problem with my brakes nad the guy's fixed it the same day. My truck has never drove better and the brakes are as smooth as can be! Plus the cost was alot more reasonable than expected!!! I would highly recommend them! more

Wonderful Service 6/20/2011

I have been going to Napa Auto since before it was Napa Auto (over 10 years) and the customer service is a lot better, as well as the waiting room area. I'm female and never feel pressured or have someone trying to talk me in to purchasing something my vehicle doesn't need. Bruce went out of his way for me when contacting the Honda dealership and gave me the name and phone number of a contact person to help regarding a problem with my car. Keep up the good work. Something that would be nice would be a car wash included with repairs???!!! The place where I take my car stole some CDs and I don't want to return. more

Great Staff. Matthew and Mat are fantastic. They promise and deliver and as a customer that is what we want. I went back a second time and dealt with Mat and received the same good customer service and now we have decided to drop the other auto maintenance shop and use this particular NAPA. Thank you NAPA. Customer Service 6/8/2011

I originally went to Jiffy Lube because i had 5.00 coupon off of the Signiture Oil change. When i went to them they mentioned to me the the price was 44.00 and with the $5.00 off coupon it would be 39.00, but it included washing front window and vacumning the car. I decided that was to hight, i then remembered a friend of mine went to Napa, on Elliot & priest Tempe the service was awesome, thanks Napa!!!! more

A shop you can really trust 6/7/2011

I am a female customer of Elite Napa Auto Repair now for many years. My continued business with them is because they continue to prove to me that they are 100% honest. I brought my car in today for what I thought was going to be for new brakes and I received a call you never seem to get from your mechanic, "nothing is wrong with your brakes, there's no charge for inspection, and your car is ready for pick up". The noise coming from my brakes was simply a rock wedged between my brake and wheel. I will ALWAYS recommend Elite! more

1998 Dodge Pickup 1500 - 6/1/2011

We assumed that the transmission was needing a rebuild. NAPA found that the engine mounts and a transmission seal were the real problem. We got the truck back running smooth. more

A/C Trouble 5/9/2011

I went to Elite Napa Auto because my A/C was blowing warm air. I was told by friends that fixing the air could cost me $1,000 or more. One hour and $150 later it was fixed and blowing ice cold air. On top of the excellent repair, they were all very friendly and took the time to explain all of this to me. I would recommend Elite Napa Auto to anyone! THE best service I've ever had with a repair shop. more
