Higher price than the Porsche dealer! 4/25/2013

I've used these guys for service for a few years. Had a coolant leak that they checked out for me just the other day. They correctly diagnosed the concern and told me the it was going to be $2589.37 for the repair. I called the Porsche dealership and they told me it would be about $1700. I know what you are thinking, must not have been apples to apples and you are right. Elite quoted me for the upper intake coolant pipes only. The Porsche dealer quoted a lower price for the upper and lower. Needless to say, I had the work done at the Porsche dealership. I was told by the Porsche dealer that the book time for this was 6 hours. I was told by Joe at Elite that their AllData system said it was 12 hours. I told Joe right there at the shop that I could do it in less than 12 hours and that it was absolutely ridiculous that their manual had it at 12 hours. These guys are absolutely awesome! Tyler and Chris do a very thorough job. You can tell that they have genuine enthusiasm for the cars and the work that they do on them. Their prices are way better than the dealer and they exhibit an attention to detail that I've never seen before from a mechanic. I had a a valve cover gasket and timing chain gasket replaced, and they even went as far as to clean the accumulated oil from the engine block that had leaked. Most mechanics could care less about that sort of thing. I completely love my 2003 Volkswagen GTI, and have always taken it to the dealer. Now I feel like there is a better alternative, that I can actually TRUST. I cannot recommend Elite Auto care enough! more

Quality work with a fair price 3/31/2009

I recently brought my 05 c230 in for a ""B Service"" and some new brakes. The experience was quick and painless and the price was much lower that the Dealership. The guy i spoke with seemed very knowledgable and explained to me exactly what took place in my service. I even got a loaner car for 2 days for free! I will definatly be going back in the future. more

Honest and highly skilled mechanics 3/30/2009

I took my Audi A6 to Elite Auto Care Inc. and was very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism. They gave me the broken part voluntarily at the end, and explained my bill patiently. The owner, Tyler is a very honest mechanic who you can trust to do only the work that needs to be done, and do it well. His technician, Chris is also super skilled and able to go right to the problem and fix it right. These guys are great to work with, and I would trust them with any German car. They also work on Jaguar, Land Rover, SAAB and Volvo. They have the right computers and tools for every car they service. They warranty all of their work. You can totally trust Elite Auto Care Inc. Pros: Knowledgeable mechanics, friendly, fair prices Cons: May not want to take my car anywhere else more

My car was not a joy to drive when I took it into Elite Auto. The owner took the time to explain to me just what was wrong and when I picked up my car it was back to the car that I loved driving. I was worked into the schedule and it was finished when promised. Tyler (the owner) was very nice to work with.
