I cant believe these people are still in business! They may have changed there name and managed to hire terrible new groomers I mean key word Terrible! Under the new inexperienced employees management They have injured several friends of mines pets(one lost an eye, and the other lost a testical). I took my pet there when maria was still there and not only is there establishment run down they are highly unprofessional with both pet owners and pets, and this has continued to be the case. I was appalled by the behavior I experienced(the groomer cursing and yelling telling me to mind my F****** business and pay and outrageous price). PLEASE SAVE YOU PET THE TRAUMA, AND YOURSELF THE ABUSE! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN NEW NAME OR NOT! PLEASE LET ME BE AN EXAMPLE! I just dont want anyone to have minr or my friend's experience. more

I had taken my beautiful three year old pom there for the 'VIP' treatment. When picking up my dog, the total came out to more than what was posted. Little did I know, that was the least of my problems. I noticed a red hives on him and she stated it was an allergic reaction. As the days went by, the red hives hatched into dozens of flees. He was covered in them; you cant imagine what he went through. When I went back to let her know of the possible infestation, she became hostile. As a customer, there are ways to address situations as this one, unfortanetly she went wrong on her part. more

I suspect Kewanne and Mallita know each other and I'm surprised by their review... I can't believe they charged you $95 and quoted you $45 but I'm sure you asked for extra services and probably expected them for free. I can tell by your spelling and grammar that you are not well educated so maybe the mistake was yours.!! I have followed Elegante Groomer though every move.. Washington Ave, Belleville Ave and then Franklin. I live about 30 minutes away but I have found them to be the best for my Pittbull mix... My dog is afraid of everything and they treated my brindle mix (Remy) as if they owned her. I am extremely happy with the service and I highly recommend them. I pay $65.00 (tip included) but she gets VIP treatment. I am saving money by bringing her to Elegante because they perform a certain service that my Vet wants me to pay hundreds of $$$ for. more

I called for a grooming appt, for an 8lb maltese. She stated $45. When I went in she charged $95. My dog was very clean he just needed a wash, 1 inche off the hair and clipping of nails. After I picked him up he was acting strange, he was extremely thirsty and for the 1st 2 days he just laid down and did not want to play. I no longer trust this place, It was full of hair every where and the new person taking care of the dogs did not know specifics on grooming my breed. I will never go back to this place they robbed my money and did such a poor job on my lil puppy. Zero Rating!!! more
