Elegance Salon and Day Spa totally surpasses any expectations I have had. I am now a regular....the staff...each and every one of them...is kind, professional, cheerful, and completely amazing women. Each time I go there, it is a new experience. I have had many services....massage, facials, hair, nails...I feel so pampered. And I have so much fun there. The staff are up to date on trends andfashion and have that 'honest' and practiacl approach. I do not need to look any further for the best place to have hair and nails done. It's here. Right in Lake Zurich more

The best of the best! 5/8/2007

This is salon is really the complete package! Ive been going there for years and i have seen it grow and become better and better. They have really unique and original interior design which is incredebly comforting. Their service is the best ive seen! The theraputic massages are amazing, they have a large variety of pedicures and manicures from herbal to jasmine and fruit and every time i get a haircut i feel amazing! Visit this salon and you wont regret it! more

I aboslutely love this salon! I've been going there since they opened and Ive seen it change throughout the years into what it is today and you can just tell a lot of hard work has been put into everything...down to the the color schemes. I love the variety of services (they have eyebrow threading!! I had never even heard of that?) and the people are so friendly right when you walk into the door. I've tried a lot of their services (man, ped, massage, etc) and I'm always excited when they add a new one-- everything is always fabulous! more

I truly think that elegance salon and spa is a very nice salon and spa. I got my hair cut there once by this woman named Julia. It was great how she told different stories and how we had a conversation! All of my friends say she is the best! I would definetly re-visit elegance but unfortunealtly i have to take care of my daughters since they just started school. Lastly, this salon could work on getting a more relaxing space. more

Elegance? 8/27/2006

The 90 minute Elegance massage I received was one of the most thorough and enjoyable I have ever experienced. However, it was marred by the fact that I still had hair removal wax stuck to various body parts. I kept sticking to the sheets. The atmosphere of Elegance is not entirely peaceful and relaxing. I could hear nails being clipped through the door of the massage room and foot traffic, it seemed, directly outside. Massage is highly recommended, however, bring earplugs for less distraction. more
