I paid full-price in cash for a complicated denture situation, involving 20+ appointments over two years. I could not be more pleased with both the experience and the results. Dr. Jacob Elefant is a consummate professional - considerate, genial and confidence-inspiring.. He insisted on perfection in the final product even repeating molds for free -- I am a little squirmy during the mold-making process.
The staff could not be friendlier. The office is extremely well-run: I was kept waiting more than 15 minutes no more than twice. If I arrived early, I was taken in early. My average wait time was perhaps eight minutes. (This was important as I moved more than 30 miles away and traveled back to each appointment by public transportation -- gladly! - rather than switch dentists.)
A year after completion, he has resolved a few minor adjustments without charge or advance appointment. His full upper and lower partial work perfectly and feel great. Dr. Elefant is really as good as dentists get.
