I own a small retail store in WA and even if other banks tried to give me this service, I'm still going with Electronic Transfer Inc. Great customer service available 24 hr, they helped me out with many issues..lowest rate ever!. good job guys!! keep going like that! more

Completely unlike other merchant services providers--they actually care about their customers. After being dragged over the coals by several other companies, I feel like I've finally found one that can be trusted to do right by me and my business. They also care about the larger community, which parallels my company's values. Highly recommended. more

ETI offers a choice between three different Point-of-Sale models for physical store locations. It doesn't offer a shopping cart with its services, but provides a link to a separate page where a shopping cart is available.\r \r more

ETI has all you need for credit card processing and they do very professional job on that. The best/most reliable credit card processing company I have worked with. There customer service is superb, never failing me once in five years. I've never had any problems getting answers over the phone, or through email. Definitely a KEEPER. more

I just got set up with electronic transfer and so far so good. I really appreciated the step by step customer service and them answering my laundry list of questions. It is nice to have a local company handling it, they really treat their customers well. more

Money Maker + Money Saver 5/11/2011

This wonderful service helped me take my home business to the next level. As a stay at home mom there are some limits to my business. Now I upgraded from Paypal to Electronic Transfer Inc and have already saved money on my transactions. I am starting to see more orders coming in over the phone too. more

If you're not the most technical person there is and have questions about business credit card processing, then you need to speak to these guys! They have helped me so much in my internet business needs. My friend recommended them to me after hearing me complain about my old company and I'm so glad I was listening. Thanks guys! more
