Stayed two days but housekeeping never showed up; dirty mat on floor in bathroom; barking dogs left alone in hotel rooms; moron at front desk called my room at 1am to confirm that I was actually in the room as the system showed the room as vacant- scared the crap out of me. Manager recited the usual lines about how sorry they were to inconvenienc me - bla, bla bla. Stay at the Inn and Spa at Loretto - it's much more charming
