The food is OK at this El Torito. It is better at other El Toritos. What is exceptional at this location is the terrible service. I will never go back to this one. I have been there three times and it has been worse every time. The second time we were leaving because no one took our drink order after 20 minutes. The last time we were there we ordered drinks after 15 minutes of sitting and they arrived 30 minutes after that. The food was cold and terrible and for the first time in our lives we discussed a poor excperience with the manager. He simply told us we were wrong. Go to Taco Bell for a better experience. Also annoying, karaoke from the bar and MANY crying children. I realize the crying kids probably aren't their fault but I'm inclined to believe the crying was because this place is so incredibly terrible! el torito is always good. you cant go wrong there. its has excellent food. i always get the steak fajitas, with rice, tortillas, side of beans, and dont forget the chips. the steak fajitas are grilled just right brought to me on a piping hot plate so my food says warm the whole time.
