CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY 6/24/2008

Not only have I had years of superior customer service, quality products and local history lessons from this family-owned business - during the fires, one of the owners called me (I'm betting he called many other customers too) and offered to help in anyway, including bringing the El Plantio trucks and crew to assist me if I needed help in evacuating or cleaning up. That's not a serivce you'll likely get from the local WalMart garden department. more

The whole story needs to be told regarding upset customer. 6/24/2008

Regarding the person who's car got grass clippings on it. After reading her report I confronted the management of the Nursery because I patronize them a lot and have had full confidence in their business integrity. They told me they felt very sorry for the accident and offered to wash the customers car at their convenience. The customer turned down the offer and insisted they get paid $35.00 instead. Now that I understand the true offer by the Nursery my question is this. On my next visit to the Nursery can I get my car washed instead of the person who refused the offer ? more

VERY DISSAPOINTED! 6/10/2008

These people have been cutting my grass for about four years and haven't had any problems until june.9,2008 they went to cut my grass and they got my 2004 BMW M3 full of grass I was really mad I sopke to the owner and he didn't want to pay for a carwash I asked him for $35 because that is how much I pay and he said NO! That is not great customer service too bad that my landlord is the one who pays to get the lawn cut. They should step up to the plate but I guess they won't. VERY DISSAPOINTED! more

Friendly staff, nice setup 6/14/2005

Everyone here is very knowledgeable about plants, and the way it is set up gives you some great ideas about what you could do with your own garden. I would definitely come back here. more
