DISSATISFIED and quite saddened after taking our puppy Roobie. I had Roobie spayed the day before and she was doing great up until the night when we saw a ""little pocket"" form ...

My puppy died and I decided to pick up the ashes yesterday and was given a very nice gift of her actual paw print. I feel this is going above and beyond and was a very nice thing to do. My only suggestion would be to make the ribbon color according to the animals.\r more

I feel my "reg" 7/18/2014

I feel my "reg" vet was not only milking my pocketbook, but also probably treating the wrong problems, until I went to El Paso Animal Emergency. The employees these were prompt and sincere! more

I arrived 7/10/2014

I arrived with my love of my life to possibly have put to sleep. She died when we got there on her own. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the urgent-ness the employees can duty displayed to me and her. She was talking right in and after she passed the vet on duty did a ultra sound to try and determine only. more

Every single person from the front office to the doctor and all the rest of the staff in between went above and beyond to help our Great Dane Emma. We thought we were losing her but then you guys worked a miracle and now she will be staying in our family for years to come. Thank you very much for the information help and understanding because of our financial situation. We consider you a hero thank you so very much. more
