While I appreciate the need for such a clinic and the services they provide, and I appreciate that the staff and vets were very caring and professional, the cost of a simple euthanasia for a dying dog was way out of line. $278 for a few minutes work? REALLY. No labs, no exam, no diagnostics, just the simple shot to end a dying dog's suffering. This is 5 and a 1/2 times the cost at my regular vet. I could understand two or even three times the usual cost and I understand that the overhead of such an operation is much higher than a normal vet clinic. But, this is unacceptably high. So very sad that the out of line business practices totally negate the value of the services provided.
