Best Mexican cuisine in Murrieta.. 10/7/2007

My favorite neighborhood restaurant. Excellent Mexican cuisine. When I truly hunger for a Carne Asado burrito (or two or three), I make a bee-line for El Gordito, and I have yet to be disappointed. Small in stature, makes for a cozy dining experience. Why anyone would head-for-the-border, when El Gordito is right here, is beyond me.......t_dachii more

If you like Mexican food, stop here 8/17/2006

Great Mexican food. I always eat at El Gordito at least twice when I'm visiting relatives in Murrieta. Very good chips and salsa, big burritos, tasty chile verde, and the best chile rellenos I've ever had. A must try for Mexican food! more

Really Really Good Food. It is a little hole in the wall, but we have been going there for years and the food is always good. You can eat there or call in your order and they will have it ready for you to pick up. Very friendly and great service. We love it more
