Hmm, it seems like the burritos and the other food entres for that matter have significantly declined since I first tried this place 10 years ago. The Summit location used to be worth the late-night drive. Lately, it seems like success has gone to the heads of this once promising local burrito chain. The burritos are still big, but the meat quality just isn't there anymore. Steak is very rubbery, pork tastes dried out, and the chrizo tastes burnt. Even the once very tasty tortas taste very dry nowadays. This place needs to go back to the basics that once made them a treat.
Pros: big portions, many locations, unique hot sauce
Cons: poor food quality, complacent service, needs improvement
