UUgghh, horrible experience. The sales managers and finance guys must get their stories straight. When you catch them in their lies, they get nasty with you. They smile as they lie to your face. Nothing was done as promised. Stay away, there are many other Mazda dealerships more

The salesman at Mazda was wonderful. I came to the dealership from another dealership where I did not have a good experience because the sales team did not listen to my needs. Doug at El Dorado listened and met my expectations from the beginning. He was extremely informative and patient. I would definitely recommend friends and family to work with him in the future. Doug even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and ask if I wanted to come in and review any information. Listened to my wants and needs. Very patient. Did not treat me like a buyer but more of a friend that needed a vehicle. more

Great Purchase Experience 8/13/2012

Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted once I pulled near the service entrance. The service tech that greeted me was very nice and thoughtful in getting me situated. I had to leave my car at the shop, and she did a great job of calling me to keep me in the loop on what was going on and the issues with my vehicle. more

What can I say, He was kind, funny, and he did his all to see we got the right car took us on a test drive on the C5 to let us see what it was like and then took us for a ride in the C9. He wanted us to be sure of the auto we wanted. He has been the best sales consultant we have ever dealt with in 48 years. more

Loved them 2/27/2012

El Dorado Mazda is light years ahead of Mazda of Richardson. Mazda of Richardson stinks. The people there look and act like crooks (all service and sales management, except my individual salesperson). I would never buy another Mazda after my experience with Mazda of Richardson and that is where I bought the car. However, after my experience with El Dorado Mazda there is still hope. I wish I would have bought the car from El Dorado after what I know now. Oh well you live and learn. No appointment necessary and an overall honest fast working group of people. more
