Whenever I have our car serviced, I always use the waiting area and I am pleased to say that I have especially noticed that all the employees seem to really work together well and there seems to be a lot of teamwork going on and all seem happy to be there - just from my observation. Also, even though sometimes I have to wait a little while, I am always greeted by multiple employees and either checked on by them or met with a smile, etc. Keep Jim Wood and your dealership seems to really try to focus on quality customer service and I really appreciate that. It's very rare to provide that level of service and not just claim to do so. Kudos! more

We really did not have to argue about price. The first offer was fair, attractive and agreed upon within 10 minutes, we did not have to go through the "well let me take this to my Sales Mgr and see what we can do..." scenario that usually takes HOURS more

Each person I spoke with and especially Harold, the service advisor, made me feel like I was a valued customer. I was not ignored when I had a question or they needed to speak with me; and I was left alone, not badgered by sales people, etc. more

I heard them spend a little extra time with each customer to make sure they had their questions answered. Both Robert Warden and Eric Zigler were excellent, even though most of my interaction was with Robert Warden. They were very professional. No B.S. I am sending my friends to him. This is our second Mazda. The previous one is CX7 and the best one I have ever owned. Good business people overall. more
