I am completely frustrated with my recent experience at El Cajon Plumbing. We have done business with them in the past, and they were okay. This time, the whole experience has been bad.\r

My husband and I went into their showroom over a month ago to order some faucet appliances. A saleswoman just sat there ignoring us for almost five minues until my husband asked if we could get some help. She responded that ""she didn't know we needed help,"" and then took our order. \r

We went over to the cash register, where we politely greeted the older lady, and not only would she not smile, she was borderline rude.\r

It's now a month later, and we had heard nothing on our order, even though they promised a call when it came in (so I don't know how long it's been sitting there). When we called yesterday, we found that while part of the order had come in, they had not properly placed the order, and now we will likely be waiting another two or three weeks. In the meantime, our project is completely stalled. \r

Very frustrating - I will not be going back there again!\r
