I'm very happy to write this review and give this business a positive rating. I am a big car fan and over the last 20 years have bought, sold and brokered over 500 vehicles on a part time basis. I've bought myself or sent my customers to eimports4Less over 40 times over the years and I have never been disappointed. The quality of their vehicles always surpasses expectations. They have always treated both me and my customers fairly and have even shipped out vehicle to my long distance clients. I've read some other reviews here for eimports4Less and can honestly say that I had a hard time finding a negative thing said from someone who actually bought a car from these guys. Most of these reviewers just seem like they're whining about very minor things. Someone left a negative rating about not getting a spare key? This place does sell used cars. Not all cars have spare keys. That's just common sense, no need to write a bad review about a business for that....just silly more

Buyer beware!!!!\r \r Purchased a 2008 3281 in July. Picked up the car and finalized the deal before learning it only came with 1 key. I worked with Roger Roberts and Mike Sanders during the several trips to Eimports. I asked them about 2 different cars and all the associated details. I was never told about the fact that there was only 1 key for the car being purchased. Guess what? The reason is that the key costs $275 to order from BMW, then, it has to be programmed and that's another $150. Add tax to that and I'm looking at spending another $500, give or take... \r When was the last time anyone out there bought a certified BMW with 1 key? Add to that I asked the sales guys all the right questions but did not get the courtesy or respect of an honest answer. \r \r If you ever dare buy a car from this organization... please, please, please make sure you get answers to all of your questions. Absolutely do not give them a deposit or negotiate the final price until you're 100% sure everything is right. more

I just picked up a Porsche Boxster at eimports4Less and I can;t tell you how easy the transaction was. I called and left\r my deposit to hold the car and then came in two days leater to get my new baby. The car was detailed and on their\r showroom floor when I got there. I signed some paperwork and drove it right off the showroom floor. This was truely a great time and the reason why these guys are so busy. Great job Rich, thanks again. more

Just had the best time buying a BMW 3 series convertible. eimports has an awesome selection and their cars are super clean. I'm a happy guy and I will be back for another. more

This is my second purchase from eimports4Less in the past two months. The first time I bought a mercedes sedan for myself and now a 2011 VW Jetta sedan for my daughter. I've now dealt with all 4 guys there. I was again super impressed with their operation and the help that Mike and Rich provided to me and my daughter. They know their cars and how to treat customers. They're now looking for an Audi A8 for my wife, so I'm sure I'll be back soon for #3 ! Thank you again to eimports. Keep up the good work. more

Just a quick note to compliment Eimports4less on great car buying experience. Just took delivery of my BMW 328XI coupe. The car was everything they stated and more. The whole sales staff was very friendly and made my experience\r the best I have ever had. They certainly have the best selection of used BMW's that I have seen anywhere. Big fan of eimports4Less. I just picked up a beautiful BMW 7 series from eimports. I had the best car buying experience of my life! They have awesome inventory and they really know their stuff about cars. I got a super clean 2010 all wheel drive model with low miles for around $9,000 less than my local BMW dealer...and it has more options than any car I looked at elsewhere. I was super impressed with their product knowledge, their attention to detail with the paperwork and also they fully detailed the vehicle for me and kept the vehicle indoors so we could avoid the shaky weather. I've bought alot of vehicles in my lifetime, but never had such a nice low pressure and satisfying experience. My sister and I are headed back there this saturday to look at Mercedes sedans for her and I've already told plenty of friends. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end used vehicle. more

These guys are crooks. I met with Roger on a Thursday night to look at some MB C300's. My wife and I decided to purchase one of these and left a $1,000 deposit with Roger. We had second thoughts (like many people do at times) on Friday morning and I reached out to Roger to cancel the order. It was then that he referred me to the fine print on the quote that stated deposits are ""non-refundable"". Roger was charming on Thursday night, and my wife and I trusted he would do the right thing. Yes, it's out fault for not reading the fine print, but frankly I've never heard of ANY business that won't refund a deposit 12 hours after receiving the quote. I've called Roger over and over again to ask WHY he thinks they're entitled to keep the deposit after 12 hours. He gives no rational answer except that we signed the paperwork. So, they closed a ""gotcha sale"", but in the long run will lose business because of this and other bad reviews. As for the good reviews you might have read, they're probably written by Roger and company. In fact, they all seem ahve the same content and wording...very suspicious. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy, and will certainly tell anyone who needs to know about my experience. There are plenty of nice cars at reputable dealerships. You don't need to shop here! more

I just bought a low mileage Audi A4 from George at Eimports. I basically called him and told him what my family was looking for and he found it. He did all of the leg work, giving me the details of the car and obtaining me financing (at a great rate) all over the phone. All I did was show up, test drive the car, and sign the papers. We did this all as my daughter took a nap, she basically woke up driving home in the new car. The car is in perfect shape, the interior and exterior both detailed immaculately. The price was great from the start, no haggling necessary. I did my research before hand and I couldn't even ask, nor did I need to, for a better price. I would definitely recommend Eimports to anyone and everyone, I have found the last car dealer that I will ever use. more

These slimy salesmen tried to mislead and hide the condition of this vehicle. I am educated in the automotive field, I can not be fooled by lies and deception. I was told by two of the three owner, that the truck was as clean and as nice as it looked in the pictures. They state that there is no cleaner or nicer truck out there ""you cannot find a nicer 2004 GX470"" , ""no disappointments"" , "" You cannot find a better vehicle anywhere for a better price"". They told me that they do not disclose normal wear and tear in their auctions, well that would be all well and fine, but I called and spoke to mike and rodger and they both told me that the truck was exceptional and the only imperfection was a few chips on the hood... Well that was a gross lie!!! There were too many chips to count on the hood, and all over the entire vehicle, there were scratches on both the front and rear bumper that were through the paint. I asked specifically if there was and damages or paintwork and I was told that there was not, and the front bumper was painted. If I hadn't asked specifically, that poor pathetic excuse would work, but I asked the right questions and I was lied to. They had nothing to lose, and without me taking more of my time to warn the public, someone else will lose time away from their family as well. Their lies and deception cost me a weekend away from my family and $450.00 in gas tolls and hotel stay. I want people to see through these liars and slime-balls for what they really are.... USED CAR SALESMEN!!! more

Thank you to Mike and eimports4Less for the best car buying experience ever! They had the car of my dreams and it was everything that they described. I found comparable vehicles for thousands more at other dealerships so I thought there had to be a catch, right? WRONG! I called them and got Mike. He answered all my questions without hesitation. Most of the salespeople I've talked to had no clue how to answer my questions and had to grab their sales manager. Do you know how frustrating that is!? Anyways, I left a deposit over the phone, grabbed my check from my Credit Union and drove 7hrs from Ohio to pickup my new car. Easiest, quickest and best transaction ever! Thanks again and I'll be sure to spread the word. You guys rock! more

Do not waste your time! Drove over an hour to test drive a porshe gts, was met by sales person roger roberts. I wanted to test drive the car, but was informed by roger that unless I was buying the car today their policy is no test drives. Too bad for Roger I would have bought the car today if he hadn't tried to rail road me into a sale... \r more

last week bought my Volvo s60 from this dealer...and a first for me, buying a car online. George, the guy I spoke with [I think was the Manager] definitely knows his cars. Besides all the research and dealers I reviewd online, George's site was not only very easy to find what I was looking for, but the price difference for my Volvo ranged between 3-5 K less than the other 4 places I was looking at...and they delivered it - cool more

This place is great! I bought my fourth car from these folks yesterday, my second one this year. This place is like a toy store for car guys, they have every type of high line / sports car that you can think of. I just bought a Mercedes e350 4 matic sedan from them. My new ride has the sport pig, nav, iPod connector, etc and was priced about $5,000 less than comparable cars at new car dealers. I went to eimports4less again because they have a great selection of clean cars and they're priced properly. They had 22 Mercedes e class cars in stock yesterday! I've referred a lot of friends to these folks and have always gotten positive feedback from them about their cars. Two thumbs up! more

Eimports 4Less Auto Sales has good-looking used German cars on their lot, but prospective buyers should understand that eImports 4Less neither knows enough to fix problems that their cars may have at the time of purchase nor cares enough even to try to fix them. The customer is on his own from the moment he hands over his money. As an incentive to me to purchase a VW Passat from them, eImports4less attempted to upgrade the car's wheels with wheels that turned out to be incompatible with the car's monitoring system. I noticed the problem within a few minutes of picking up the car. EImports 4Less assured me that the problem would fix itself; the car's computer was simply adjusting itself to the new equipment and would work properly after a couple of drives, they said. They were wrong. But even though they eventually acknowledged their mistake, they refused to take any responsibility for it. It ended up costing $2000 to correct. $2000 may be too little to sue for by the time you hire a lawyer and--if you don't live nearby--lose your time traveling back and forth to Perkasie, PA. But it's more than enough to merit a warning to others. more

Watch out for these guys!! Don't give them a single penny until you are sure you want to purchase. I paid a $1000 deposit for a car and told George that I may call him back in a few days to cancel. When I called to cancel, I was informed that they were going to keep my $1000. I don't know how people like that can sleep at night but I guess they will get what's coming to them in another life.
