Romantic Evening 7/27/2009

This is truly the place to eat in Vegas with your significant other. For a romantic night don't waste your time anywhere else, seriously. My fiance took me here and it was absolutely fabulous. The view was also incredible- the water show at the Bellagio went off every 15 minutes during our meal. . Expect to pay a price for this, because the food is not cheap, ranging from $35-$55+ a plate, but it is worth it. The food was delicious and the portions were large considering the type of restaurant. Their lunch menu is more affordable but the best time to go is at night, obviously, with all the lights shining. Pros: Excellent Service, Good Food, Amazing View more

Updated French Classic Cuisine in Paris Hotel

Owner Message
  • As the glass elevator whisks you more than ten stories above The Strip's glitter and glow, anticipation grows: This is not just another French restaurant. When you reach the rich, quiet, glass-walled dining room and busy display kitchen, you realize this is much more than a flashy Vegas eating spot, as well. As you gaze along the windows ringing the room and see the dancing water of the Belagio Fountain, you realize you are in for a treat.

While you choose from the seductions of Chef-Proprietor Jean Joho's tasting and ? la carte menus and scan the lists of his meticulously collected wines, it is clear that you are about to enjoy a meal whose pleasures will linger well beyond the moment.

But it isn't until you've seen, smelled, and tasted his modern interpretations of classic French cuisine that you will fully appreciate why his genius is so widely and enthusiastically sought after. It's not a meal; it's an experience to treasure for years.
