A colorful mural and the heavenly scent of grilling and frying food greets you immediately upon entering. Edzo's has hotdogs, chicken and veggie burgers too, but if you bother coming, you HAVE to get the burgers
Eddie, the owner, is always taking orders with a smile and you can tell he is passionate about serving good burgers. He grinds his burgers fresh every morning, so they come out organic shaped, not in perfectly round mechanized patties like at fast food joints. This is a genuine old-school diner.
Eddie periodically offers ""upgrades"" to organic, local, grass-fed beef, which is worth the extra charge for eco-conscious customers. Try a griddled burger for something simple and the charbroiled if you prefer something heartier. Wash down the sodium with a thick Nutella milkshake.
Pros: Hand-ground burgers, Huge variety of fries, Warm service
Cons: Closes at 4 pm!
