I've been going to edwards for years and even though the guy i used to work with doesn't work there anymore this new guy mitch is just as great! he was super friendly and had my car looked at the same day I dropped it off. more

the manager at the greenwood location was super helpful with my vehicle. I thought that my truck needed a new transmission it was clicking but it was actually an axle, Mitch showed me where the axle was broken and had me a quote within a few hours. more

overall i'm happy, my suburban is fixed and they were able to repair it instead of putting a whole new transmission in which saved me a ton of money. more

Through the entire repair the managers at the shop were always calling me and letting me know what was going on with my car and honeslty that made me feel way better about letting them work on it. more

It took a little longer than I wanted it to but thats alright. They gave me a bit of a discount since it took a little extra time and they got me a rental vehicle while I had to wait. more

I was able to get my truck serviced on my lunch break which was really nice since I have such a busy schedule. I made my appointment on their website and then when I drove in they already knew all about me and were working on my car within minutes. more

I was really worried that I wasn't going to be able to afford to fix my car with the holidays coming up but Joe was awesome with helping me! I ended up getting my repairs financed which made a huge difference for me, talk about a load off of my back!!! It's never fun to have to make repairs around the holidays but Joe made it much easier! more

of course no time is a good time to have transmission problems but it was great that edwards was able to find someone to finance the repairs for me so I didn't have to pay all of it out of pocket, thanks! more

I was a little hesitant to bring my car in at first because I have always heard that mechanics shops try to take advantage of you but I can say that Joe made me feel really good about leaving the car and he made sure to always keep in touch with me about waht was going on. You really made the decision that much easier, thanks joe!! more
