Yesterday, I stopped in our company parking lot to help the tow operator of Ed's Tow. An intern of ours had a problem with his Volvo, and I helped them pushed the car out of a steep parking spot. During this time, the tow operator not only did not thank me for helping, he barked at me for asking questions about what was wrong was the car. After we helped him get the car out of the spot, he further berated me for asking too many questions about what was wrong with the car. A subsequent call to the owner of the business did not elicit an apology whatsoever. This is about the worst Towing company in the Palo Alto, Mountain View area I have ever experienced as a 10 year resident.
