This is a pretty cool shop. It was my first time in there about a month ago. I needed a gift certificate for my dad's birthday, and this is his go-to shop for his lapidary needs...

I have been going to Ed's House of Gems for over 20 years now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they always have new and interesting items, and their prices are reasonable. I've spent many happy hours looking at all the lovely stones and jewelry in their cases. They have fine cut gems, specimen pieces, and equipment for all of your rock hounding needs, including tumblers. I love Ed's House of Gems! more
