recent visits 5/7/2013

I am not sure which of my visits I should review, but all have been good. Today's visit was a short-notice call on my part, based on "Help! My car is behaving very strangely!" Ed's got me right in and took care of the problem the next day. Thank you! I feel safe on the road again. more

I was impressed to find that the techs at Ed's engines new my car and had a solution for my problems. I really appreciate their willingness to meet the needs of my demanding schedule by allowing me the use of their car while they worked on mine. I have already recommended a friend to Ed's Engines and intended to do so again. I highly recommend this trustable Fort Wayne business. more

Provided free of charge loaner while my car was being serviced. Up front about costing, what they would do, and even called to recommend a service and ask if they could perform that service. Work was done ahead of schedule. more

An honest mechanic is hard to find 4/10/2013

I have had Ed's do all the work on my last 4 or 5 cars.They do a reat job, and help me keep my vehicle in excellent shape.Customer service has almost become a thing of the past-but Ed's has it.They are the best! more

We brought our daughter's very OLD car in because it had become unreliable for her to drive. The mechanics were very careful to not go overboard in assessing the problems, just going over what was obvious. They were careful to not run up a bill in just looking testing the car. We were so pleased that we brought our son's car in the next. Good mechanics are like good doctors....hard to find, but a treasure when you do. We will be back and we will tell everyone we know about Ed's car care! more
