TOTALLY happy! 1/22/2014

These guys are my auto center for LIFE! I brought my car in for an oil change, and they took great care of it! $27 for an oil change, and they checked my tires and fluids also, and checked other things in my vehicle (I didn't know my battery was half-dead until they looked at it). I'm sure other places may do a vehicle inspection with an oil change, but these guys printed out the inspection sheet and went over it with me, showing what all was ok and what needed looked at down the road. My tire sensor wasn't hooked up either- when I got my car from the dealership they said that light would just stay on forever.....but Ed's mechanic took care of it for me, and the light is gone! When they put my window sticker up for my next change, they even cleaned off some of the old sticker residue that was left on my window. These guys are nice, take the time to talk to you, take pride in their work, and genuine care about what they get paid to do. more

Happy with the results. Car runs great. Did have to bring car back to have vacuum chamber cleaned again but other than that very happy. more

I normally do not do these type of things but I have to - YOUR GUYS are awesome - I stopped late on Thursday just asking for a quick check to see if my car was safe to drive - which it wasn't - they were able to help me ASAP and fix my problem - I appreciated it so much - thank you ED's. more

Great, fast, and friendly service! 10/24/2013

Had a scheduled oil change for my 2008 Civic and they got me in very quickly! The appointment only took about 20 minutes. The service was very friendly and I love the fact that they had a Bible sitting on the table and Joyce Meyer on the TV; something you never see in businesses anymore. They are very honest people who care more about their customers' cars and satisfaction than they do about money, something other service centers in town should learn. Overall, my experience was well above my expectations and from now on I will be doing all service and oil changes through Ed's Car Care Center. I have recommended this business to many friends and relatives and will continue to recommend it to everyone who is due for servicing. more

Great Service, a little pricey 10/9/2013

The service here is great and it is a place you can take your car and really trust the service you are getting (so it seems from my one visit). I went because I got a $20 coupon for an oil change and general inspection. So the oil change was a great price, but I was quoted at around $250 to get my transmission fluid flushed. Last time I had the transmission fluid completely flushed and the system cleaned, it ran me $110 so I was shocked to hear the high price. However, everyone was very friendly and they did not pressure me into service I did not want. more

Above and beyond 10/3/2013

Came in for an oil change and check-up. They checked and explained everything thoroughly, and when it came to sudden attention that my back tires had nails in them and needed replacement, they took care of it quickly and let me borrow a car so I didn't have to wait around. Waiting area is comfy, and they offered me a drink when I came in. Gave me a fair price on tires and didn't try to take advantage of the urgent situation. more
