They are very courteous. 7/14/2010

Ed's Auto Service did the transmission on my car for me. I am very, very pleased. Since then I have taken it back for service, an oil change and things like that. I started using him about 3 months ago. They are very courteous and explain in layman terms so that I can understand and so that I know what is wrong. Ed's Auto will let me know the next step and what the next service should be. They are very nice people. I tell everyone about them because I am pleased with them. more

One of the few trustworthy mechanics I've known. 7/13/2010

Ed's Auto Service is great. I am not completely objective, because I grew up right next to the shop. My family has used him forever. My parents bring their vehicles to him, and I bring him my vehicle and the company's vehicles whenever there is an issue. Bill is always completely clear. He provides whatever information I need regarding what is wrong with the vehicles. The parts are always ready for me. Bill even takes pictures. He is the most honest mechanic I know. He won't do anything without being clear about what he is doing. Bill is also extremely concerned about the safety of the vehicles. If he doesn't feel that the vehicle is safe, he does not want to let it leave the shop. more

Eds automotive repair 6/10/2010

I had a very positive experience with Ed's auto service, when I needed some work done on my transmission. Long story short he's great to work with, and won't take you for a ride. I would definetly recommend him for transmission work, or anything else you need fixed on your car. more

Ed's Auto Service 12/5/2008

I had Ed's Auto Service change my oil in my car. They were busy at the time and I told them I needed it done right away and they fit me in immediately. Charged me the standard fee and I was satisfied. more

Best auto mechanic in town 11/14/2008

Ed's auto service is an honest, fairly priced and quick garage. Bill diagnosed and repaired my 4-Runner quickly and correctly and did not charge me an arm and a leg in the process. He is also not condescending, nor does he treat me like moron because I am a woman. more

Great Service! Honest and Priced Right! 9/23/2006

I had my car to 4 other places and they just sold parts, Bill from Ed's Auto fixed my car, he found the broken wire and my car never stalled out again. One place even tried to sell me a transmission for $3500.00. That was Cottman and they stink! Pros: They fixed my car right the first time! Cons: He is very busy there, but the wait was not excessive. more
