Easy from the phone call to the paper work. 1/4/2019

Top notch service from the phone call to the end with the paper work. They even came to my job to fill out the paper work so I didn't need to take a day off. more

excellent and professional 12/23/2018

Last year we used Edison H&C for our new furnace. It was pleasure of working with them. So this year last month we used them again for our new water heater. Lucky we got same salesman Ryane and installation team Eddie H. Their services were excellent and professional. We will highly recommend this company to other people. more

Thumbs up to Edison Heating. We have got one heating and A/C system already changed By them -- getting the second heating also changed them in Dec'18. We had the pleasure of working with 2 of their highly professional employees -- Ryan sales and Pat service/install. Ryan is very solid and client focussed sales person. Pat Black (service manager) is a very astute, professional and knowledgeable service manager. Kudos to both Ryan and Pat. more

The company was efficient both in time of appointment thru time showing up for installation. All service techs were exceptional in being prepared for installation of bas boiler thru the total completion. They polite and professional from start to finish. Exceeded My Expectations 10/31/2018

We had more than one company give us a quote for the installation of our new systems. Edison was better than the other companies; from salesman Dan Weber, who did an excellent job of explaining the different types of systems and laying out alternatives, to the installation techs, Eddie and Rob, who did a fantastic job of installing the system and explaining and answering our questions. The price was also great. I would recommend Edison to everyone we know. more

Friendly, efficient, competitive price 10/29/2018

When we shopped for a furnace Mike Fore came to our house, explained options and gave competitive prices for all options. After we signed the contract everything went according to the plan Mike laid out. We were called to confirm the time and the installers were at our house at the promised time. the installers, Jordan and Corey, were efficient and kept our home clean. The entire installation took less than 4 hours. They answered all of our questions and were friendly. more

Overall great experience. There was an initial attempt to take shortcuts but once I insisted on a certain process, cooperation was excellent. They took good care of the property and cleaned up very well. They answered all of my questions. The salesperson was very responsive in returning my calls during installation. more

What the salesman committed to was delivered as promised. There were pragmatic installation specific adjusts made that were clearly communicated and executed as expected. The installers were efficient at the task, conveyed knowledge and courtesy in response to questions, and appeared to work well as a team together. more

Neat and Professional 10/16/2018

Edison Heating and Cooling was from start to finish patient and professional. Our house is over 100 years young, but they were able to retrofit central air neatly and cleanly. The field crews were courteous and well organized. Overall an excellent job by all. more

overall a good experience 10/1/2018

I was less than thrilled that I had to replace my air-conditioner because of the expense, but Edison Heating and Cooling gave the best price for what I wanted to get and was willing to work with me to purchase the unit. I got it after the heat of the season so I have not had much opportunity to use the unit yet but I hope that will be a good experience as well. more
