They installed a new heating and cooling system. Extremely courteous. Very neat and clean. They put down drop cloths from the door to their work area. The left the furnace area cleaner then they found it. Explained the system well so that I understood all of the features on the thermostat more

The technicians were very knowledgeable. They are expertise in their field. They did not show any sign of back and forth actions , as if the work is very simple to them. The supervisor came before the start of the installation and made measurements that were very precise and accurate which made the installation more simple and easy. The supervisor came again at the end of the job to further do finishing touches and getting rid of things that are hazardous. He beautified the whole system by adding some aluminum seal on visible joints. The whole work amazed me. What a relieve Edison Heat and cooling gave me. Thank you. more

I had a new Central AC installed. The entire experience from sales to installation was excellent. They gave exact timings for each appointment and arrived on time (not within a 4 hour window, like most other services). All the employees that I interacted with were very professional. They took great care in not damaging my house during the installation. more

Water heater went down and needed a new ignition switch. After waiting a few days the manufacturer shipped the wrong part. Edison heating and cooling installed a new water heater (same model) for free. Thank you Pat in service manager. more

Gary our sales rep and Mike and his crew who did the installation were great. We did a complete overhaul of our HVAC which was two AC units and two furnaces. They completed the entire job in 2 days and were absolutely fantastic to work with. The units look great the installation work is top notch. more

This seems to be one of the more reputable organizations of any type in the area from the experiences I have had so far. I don't know if their prices were lower than the competition but, even if they weren't, it was worth the extra $$$ to have the job done right by the best people. more

I replaced a 28 year old working Bryant system with a Carrier Infinity system. From the first call I made to Edison Heating and Cooling seeking a quote to the final installation, my experience working with their office staff, sales staff and finally the installation staff with nothing but outstanding. When I called the first time seeking a quote, the individual on the phone took down my information and scheduled an appointment with a sales advisor, Ryane, that very evening. She was very courteous and professional. Ryane visited my home that evening as scheduled and spent about an hour and a half measuring my home for the right sized unit and then patiently explaining the options available to me. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Even though I waited about a week before I signed the contract with them, I never felt any sales pressure. Installation was scheduled for within a week of signing the contract. On the day of the installation, the crew showed up on time, laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring, and got to work. The installers, Les, Jordan and Justin worked in a neat and professional manner and all work was completed in about 6 hours. They explained my new system to me, gave me all the paperwork and cleared all debris before they left. All three were very friendly, courteous and professional. I am very glad I chose Edison Heating and Cooling for my HVAC install. They were the best value proposition out there. They took the time to understand my needs, gave me a reasonable quote, kept their commitments and performed work that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Edison Heating and Cooling! more

Always check with the company as to the qualifications of the installer and be sure that they are certified to install your furnace in the designated location. The installers were courteous and efficient. They were respectful of my home and furnishings. When installation was complete they answered all my questions and did an adequate clean-up. more

Real our apprication to Mr. Sweeney, team and installers are excellent understanding and helpful in communication for us as deaf adults and explain us process work and call via text and relay service. Be honest, they are perofessional/friendly/responsible! Recommend for deaf community to be trust them! Our house running with new replacement high efficiency heating&cooling system by gas, anymore oil. Now perfect Winter time the heating made so softly and warmth, Loved it! more
