I replaced a 28 year old working Bryant system with a Carrier Infinity system. From the first call I made to Edison Heating and Cooling seeking a quote to the final installation, my experience working with their office staff, sales staff and finally the installation staff with nothing but outstanding. When I called the first time seeking a quote, the individual on the phone took down my information and scheduled an appointment with a sales advisor, Ryane, that very evening. She was very courteous and professional. Ryane visited my home that evening as scheduled and spent about an hour and a half measuring my home for the right sized unit and then patiently explaining the options available to me. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Even though I waited about a week before I signed the contract with them, I never felt any sales pressure. Installation was scheduled for within a week of signing the contract. On the day of the installation, the crew showed up on time, laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring, and got to work. The installers, Les, Jordan and Justin worked in a neat and professional manner and all work was completed in about 6 hours. They explained my new system to me, gave me all the paperwork and cleared all debris before they left. All three were very friendly, courteous and professional. I am very glad I chose Edison Heating and Cooling for my HVAC install. They were the best value proposition out there. They took the time to understand my needs, gave me a reasonable quote, kept their commitments and performed work that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Edison Heating and Cooling!
